Information we receive
An enquiry contains your name, email or phone, and message. We also record the consent timestamp, privacy acknowledgement timestamp, document version and form language. Please do not include health information, payment details or other sensitive data.
Purpose and legal basis
We process your enquiry to answer your question, clarify requirements and discuss potential work. Form data is processed on the basis of your consent. If a contract follows, related data may also be processed to perform that contract and meet legal obligations.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored in the database and accessible through the protected admin area to authorised people. Retention depends on handling the enquiry, any continuing discussion and applicable obligations. A review and deletion procedure must be confirmed before public launch.
Notifications and providers
When email notifications are configured, the name, contact and message are sent to Resend for delivery. Otherwise the enquiry remains in the database and admin area. The hosting provider, processor arrangements and any international transfers must be documented before public launch.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable. You may withdraw consent and complain to the competent data protection authority. The controller’s contact details appear below and must be completed before launch.
